Job summary

Booksy is seeking a Customer Success Retention Advisor to proactively engage with customers, reduce churn, and drive reactivation and upsell opportunities across the US market.

You’ll manage relationships, handle satisfaction conversations, provide product support, resolve payment issues, and partner with other teams to tailor solutions for bilingual US B2B clients. Remote-first role with flexible schedules and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, retention/reactivation or account management.
• Experience with CRM software like Salesforce, Zowie, Google Suite.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills for building long-term B2B relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive attitude; capable team player.
• Fluency or native in Spanish to support bilingual US clients.
• Location in Texas or Florida preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to reduce churn and drive retention.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with teams to tailor solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and satisfaction conversations.
