Job summary

Booksy Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Advisor to drive activation for new US-based B2B clients. You will deliver onboarding training, set up accounts per client needs, and provide ongoing support during the first 30 days to ensure successful activation.

You will engage with clients through calls and emails, building strong relationships and guiding users to full utilization of the platform. Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Onboarding, Customer Success, Sales or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to new clients following the sale and help them set up their Booksy account.
• Provide regular follow-up and support throughout the first month of their subscription.
• Assist with account activation and guide users to maximize platform value.
• Proactively reach out via phone, email, or WhatsApp to drive activation milestones.
• Execute a proactive contact strategy to maximize reach and engagement with newly signed providers.
