Job summary

Booksy in the United States is seeking a Customer Success Retention Advisor to proactively engage customers, reduce churn, and reactivate accounts through outbound outreach. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify upsell opportunities, manage relationships, and deliver excellent product support, including handling payment issues.

Fluent Spanish is required, remote work is available, and preference is for candidates located in Texas or Florida.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success, retention/reactivation, or similar roles.
• Experience with CRM software like Salesforce, Zowie, Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with long-term relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and time management.
• Fluency or native in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to reduce churn and drive retention and reactivation initiatives.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with teams to deliver solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and conduct satisfaction conversations to assess experience quality.
• Provide product support and resolve payment issues; manage reactivations.
