Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in customer success, retention/reactivation, or similar roles.
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zowie, and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with B2B clients.
• Strong time-management and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency or native Spanish required to support bilingual US clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify churn risk and execute retention strategies.
• Engage customers through outbound communications to drive reactivation and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to tailor solutions for customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships and conduct regular satisfaction conversations.
• Provide product support and assist with payment issues as needed.
• Coordinate reactivations and lifecycle outreach to maintain long-term loyalty.
