Job summary

Sticky Digital, a leading retention marketing agency, seeks a Retention Marketing Coordinator to own end-to-end email and SMS programs. This fully remote role requires coordinating with strategists, designers, and product teams to craft engaging campaigns, manage lists, and analyze performance.

Core hours are 9:00am–5:00pm PST, Monday–Friday. applicants should have hands-on Klaviyo experience and strong analytical and copywriting skills to drive ROI across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience building and optimizing Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segments, templates, and reporting.
• Experience with SMS programs in Attentive, Postscript, or SMSBump.
• Experience writing and editing email and SMS copy.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for troubleshooting templates and rendering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with email strategists, project managers, designers, and product teams to deliver email communications for newsletters, promotions, and surveys.
• Oversee daily email operations ensuring timely deployment across ESPs (Klaviyo, SMSBump, Attentive, HubSpot, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and deliverability; segment lists and nurture campaigns.
• Manage subscriber databases to grow lists and improve response.
• Measure ROI of email marketing and optimize campaigns.
• Assist in writing/editing copy for email and SMS; analyze analytics and generate performance reports.
