Paired is seeking a senior retention strategist to own email and SMS programs for ecommerce client accounts. This is a leadership seat in a fast-growing US-based agency offering 100% remote work from Latin America. You will shape strategy, review performance, and coach cross-functional teams to deliver on client goals.

You’ll lead weekly client calls, align PMs, copywriters and designers, and escalate hiring needs as the agency scales. A strong presenter and strategic thinker is essential.

Qualifications

• Senior experience building email and SMS retention strategy, agency side preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching retention strategy for each client account, email and SMS.
• Run weekly client calls and be the senior voice in the room.
• Direct project managers, copywriters and designers, and ensure execution matches the strategy.
• Review results and reporting, then decide what changes next.
• Run internal team meetings and keep the team aligned.
• Spot capacity gaps and flag hiring needs as the agency scales.
