Job summary

Sensormatic Solutions, a division of Johnson Controls, is seeking a strategic sales professional to win net new business in the retail sector and expand existing customer relationships across assigned accounts in Florida.

You will lead complex solution selling of loss prevention, CCTV, and video analytics, manage accounts end-to-end, collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams, and travel up to 25% to engage with retailers and participate in industry events.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of sales or sales management experience within the retail sector, with a strong preference for direct experience selling to retailers.
• Experience selling loss prevention systems and/or products at the C-level.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry conferences.

Responsibilities

• Win net new business and expand existing customer relationships across assigned retail accounts.
• Sell loss prevention, EAS, and video surveillance solutions.
• Prospect and cultivate relationships with multiple-level contacts in large retailers.
• Manage accounts from opportunity identification through post-sales follow-up.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications.
• Travel up to 25% for meetings and industry conferences.
