Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery across multiple NY-area locations and beyond. You will energize shelves with beloved brands, build strong customer relationships, and drive flawless in-store execution while guiding a team of merchandisers to exceed plans.

You’ll combine strategy with hands-on leadership, optimizing displays, solving on-the-ground challenges, and collaborating with retail teams to deliver top-tier snack sales results.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license in your state.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers and coaching to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel for opportunities and service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and results.
