Mondelēz International in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution across a multi-city Midwest territory. You’ll lead a team of Merchandisers, build strong store relationships, and deploy data-driven sales strategies to grow output. The role requires ability to manage schedules, optimize shelf impact, and ensure compliant operations across retailers. A strong sales background and flexibility for weekends are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, etc.) and pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
