Sephora is seeking a Retail Technology Manager to own the store-facing lifecycle of technology programs from intake through adoption and continuous improvement. You will translate enterprise strategy into practical solutions that improve store operations and reduce workload while enabling better client service.

You’ll collaborate with Retail, Technology, Digital, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology experiences across Sephora

Qualifikationen

• Five to seven years of experience in retail technology or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong project and program management with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cross-functional technology initiatives, launches, enhancements, risks, and timelines.
• Deep understanding of retail store processes, day-to-day operations, workload considerations, launch readiness, incident triage, stakeholder alignment, and support-model execution.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts and business needs into clear requirements, operational guidance, communications, training, documentation, and executive updates for technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Own store-facing vision, scope, prioritization, business requirements, and execution plans for technology initiatives across assigned areas of responsibility.
• Translate enterprise strategies, technical requirements, business partner requests, store use cases, operational challenges, and risk considerations into actionable requirements and success metrics.
• Lead pilots, proofs of concept, launches, and deployments for new or enhanced store technology capabilities.
• Build comprehensive change-management plans addressing workload, communications, training, documentation, operational readiness, adoption, and post-launch reinforcement.
• Partner with Technology, Infrastructure, Network, Desktop Support, Information Security, Product, Engineering, and Retail teams to ensure solutions meet store-operating needs and security requirements.
• Own day-to-day business oversight and store-facing execution for assigned technology programs, tools, and platforms.
