The role emphasizes IaC, observability, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to improve stability, scalability, and speed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive network engineering experience in retail or large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Network Strategy across SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, DNS, load balancing, and security services.
• Drive Automation & AI Innovation with IaC and GenAI-driven operational capabilities.
• Manage Financial Planning: CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and cost optimization.
• Develop Strategic Roadmaps for cloud networking, wireless transformation, and operational automation.
• Lead Cross-Functional Partnerships with Security, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, Retail Technology, and Digital teams.
• Oversee Incident & Change Governance for mission-critical services.
