Qualifikationen

• Five to seven years of relevant experience in retail technology, store operations, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong project and program management skills with multiple cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of retail store processes and workload considerations.
• Experience with reporting platforms, store hardware, security, networks, and infrastructure.

• Own the store-facing vision, scope, prioritization, and execution plans for technology initiatives across assigned areas.
• Translate business requests into actionable requirements, launch criteria, and support models.
• Lead pilots, launches, and deployments for new store technology capabilities.
• Develop and maintain store-facing operating processes, readiness checklists, and training materials.
• Monitor incidents, ticket trends, and store feedback to improve technology reliability and adoption.
• Provide executive-ready updates on program status, risks, and decisions.
