AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Retail Store Associate Manager in Ohio to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of Associates. You will manage daily activities, merchandising, and customer experiences while ensuring compliance with policies and budget goals.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, performance monitoring, and collaboration with district leadership to achieve scorecard targets and community engagement."

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 3-4+ years of business experience required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience required.

Responsabilités

• Foster a sales and quality culture within the retail store by focusing on scorecard goals including revenue growth, sales, and quality standards.
• Ensure Associates cross-sell appropriate products and services during each customer interaction.
• Monitor and evaluate Associate/Member interactions to ensure established office goals and objectives are achieved.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a retail store location(s) including service delivery, staff administration, facilities maintenance, and other operational areas.
• Follow guidelines for attractive product displays to market all company products and services.
• Coordinate promotional events with Travel Services and/or Distribution Marketing.
• Ensure adherence to laws, AAA policy, and vendor requirements; security of items.
• Manage personnel functions including scheduling, recruitment, training, and motivation.
• Develop external business relationships to generate business for stores and enhance AAA image.
