Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Lead when the Store Manager is away; drive performance and maintain compliance.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team.
• Physical duties include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
