Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to interact with customers daily.
• Knowledge of grocery operations and merchandising basics.
• Ability to delegate and manage a team.
• Strong communication with staff and managers.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Create a safe and positive store environment for team members and customers alike.
• Assist store manager with weekly scheduling.
• Responsible for leading the store in the store manager’s absence to include opening and closing the store.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the store.
