Job summary

Majors Management in Ohio is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive profitability, manage inventory, and recruit and develop a high-performing team. This onsite role reports to the District Manager and requires a hands-on, guest-focused leadership style.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, ensure excellent guest service, and implement action plans to grow sales while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and 50+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Hire talent and train the team; manage performance.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand and labor controls.
• Drive store profitability and manage inventory.
• Forecast and analyze sales trends and expenses.
