Responsibilities

• Oversee Retail Services department functions with emphasis on order execution and delivery performance.
• Manage the order bank to meet customer delivery expectations and service commitments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Demand Planning, Finance, Brand, IT and others to align priorities.
• Lead performance metrics for order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to Retail Services staff.
• Resolve order-related issues with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
