Coach in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Lead Supervisor I to maintain leadership on the sales floor, drive sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness, while leading store initiatives and supporting daily operations.

You will recruit, interview, and train team members, monitor sales data, and guide performance to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and maneuver stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and customer experience.
