Job summary

Salt Media, the media division of Salt XC, is seeking a Retail Media Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, and team development across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads. A Skai Certification is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience across retail media platforms.
• 2+ years of managing retail media campaigns (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Amazon Ads).
• Skai Certification required; ability to train others on platform mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 Retail Media Search Associates with daily direction and growth support.
• Set quality standards and review processes for campaign execution across accounts.
• Create onboarding materials, training guides, and optimization playbooks to scale capabilities.
