Job summary

Salt Media, the media division of Salt XC, seeks a Retail Media Search Manager to lead strategy, execution and team development across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads. A Skai Certification is required. You will own senior client relationships, build scalable playbooks, and mentor a small team.

You will guide campaign execution, optimize bids, and drive growth with data-driven insights, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search with retail media campaigns across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads.
• Skai Certification required; ability to train others on platform mechanics and optimization.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and providing direct feedback.
• Strong strategic thinking; translate data into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1–3 Retail Media Search Associates with day-to-day direction and career development.
• Set quality standards and review processes for campaign execution across all accounts.
• Develop onboarding materials, training guides, and optimization playbooks to scale capabilities.
• Own senior client relationships, present strategy and growth recommendations.
• Personally manage a portfolio of retail media search campaigns with daily budget pacing and bid adjustments.
• Monitor reporting; synthesize insights and translate into strategic guidance for clients and internal teams.
