Job summary

Salt Media, the media division of Salt XC, is seeking a Senior Retail Media Search Associate to manage paid search campaigns across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads. The role requires strong keyword strategy, campaign pacing, and reporting skills, with a Skai Certification as a must.

You will develop retail media plans, execute campaigns, deliver insights, and collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management teams. This is a fully remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid search campaigns on Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads.
• Skai Certification is required.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop retail media and growth plans aligned with client goals and trends.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
• Lead daily budget pacing, keyword bidding, placements, and bid strategies.
• Deliver regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management to align search with broader media strategy.
