Job summary

Salt XC is seeking a seasoned Retail Media Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, and team development across major retail platforms including Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads. This role is fully remote in the US, with responsibility for senior client relationships and scalable playbooks.

You will mentor 1–3 associates, develop onboarding materials and playbooks, and drive future opportunities with emerging platforms, tools, and trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience with at least 2 years managing retail media campaigns across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products + Sponsored Brands).
• Skai Certification required; proven ability to guide and train others on platform mechanics and optimization strategy.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 Retail Media Search Associates with day-to-day direction and growth.
• Develop client strategies across Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Amazon Ads to meet business goals.
• Manage bidding, budgeting and optimization for campaigns with hands-on precision.
• Monitor performance, provide insights, and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retail search with broader media plans.
