Job summary

Salt Media, the media division of Salt XC, seeks an experienced Retail Media Search Manager to lead strategy, execution, and a small team across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads. A Skai Certification is required and you will own senior client relationships, develop scalable playbooks, and drive ongoing optimization.

You will manage daily budgets, bidding strategies, and performance reporting while mentoring 1–3 Associates and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
• 2+ years managing retail media campaigns across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads.
• Skai Certification required; proven ability to guide and train others on platform mechanics and optimization strategy.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and providing direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 1–3 Retail Media Search Associates with day-to-day direction and career development support.
• Set quality standards and review processes to ensure accurate campaign execution.
• Build onboarding materials, training guides, and optimization playbooks to scale team capabilities.
• Develop retail media strategies grounded in client goals across Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads.
• Own senior client relationships and present strategy, insights, and growth recommendations.
