Qualifications

• 3+ years managing paid search campaigns for Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Amazon Ads.
• Skai Certification is required.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets to analyze large datasets.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Activation: Develop retail media and growth plans tied to client goals and category trends.
• Campaign Execution & Optimization: Lead daily budget pacing, keyword bidding, and bid-strategy refinements.
• Reporting & Insights Delivery: Deliver regular performance reporting and craft optimization recommendations.
• Client Engagement & Coordination: Present campaign trends to clients and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
