Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on role delivers implementations from discovery through testing, customer acceptance and go-live, with remote work from the US East Coast and 30%+ travel to the US and Canada.

You will own project plans, milestones and risks, and collaborate with product and technical teams to turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fashion/apparel retail experience in planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimization.
• Proven track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment and customer presence to move complex projects forward.
• Experience managing multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort in a senior individual contributor role with regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and scoping during pre-sales.
