Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for retail fit-outs and relocations within commercial real estate. The role is remote with about 25% travel to client sites nationwide, supporting a diverse range of projects.

You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, client interfaces, and governance, while coordinating resources and ensuring quality and timely delivery. The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and adherence to our values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Smartsheet beneficial
• General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices
• Ability to read architectural drawings and collaborate with teams

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including scope and budget
• Interface with clients to define scope, cost estimates, schedules, and risk management
• Define resources and lead RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier selections
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with client requirements
• Ensure data integrity and timely reporting of project status
• Develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across related functions
• Lead by example and uphold Turner & Townsend values
