Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Project Manager for retail fit-out and renovations. The role supports management of store fit-out and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout, with remote work and 20%–30% travel mainly in Eastern and Central Time Zones.

You will interface with architects, GC partners, and clients to define scope, budget, schedules, and quality controls while ensuring governance and data integrity across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Experience with retail client accounts in fit-out or renovation projects.
• Ability to read architectural and construction documents.
• Knowledge of lease agreements and vendor management is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office, Smartsheet, and Tango or similar PM software.
• Corrigo or facilities management software is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of commercial real estate projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with Architects and General Contractors; manage RFPs and RFIs.
• Prepare project elements with clients: scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
• Define delivery resources via qualification processes and bids.
• Implement governance for project documentation per client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, timely updates, and cross-team coordination.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard PM methodologies to deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor team members and share domain knowledge across functions.
• Lead by example aligned with CBRE RISE values and build consensus.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, and project activities within teams.
