Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services to a retail client account, delivering retail fit-outs and relocations. The role is remote but requires approximately 25% travel to client sites nationwide.

You will manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation through closeout, interface with clients to prepare scope, budgets, schedules, and risk plans, and lead resource and governance activities in line with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Smartsheet experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules, and risk identification.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
