Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Manager to deliver retail fit-outs and relocations, guiding projects from initiation through completion. The role is remote with travel to client sites nationwide (approx.

25%), collaborating with clients to define scope, budgets, and schedules. You will manage design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, while ensuring governance, risk management, and quality control across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Smartsheet experience is beneficial.
• General knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare project elements, including scope, resources, budget, schedule, quality control, and risk.
• Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations for clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule and track progress.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Mentor others and share knowledge within the function.
