Job summary

Trade Turbine, Inc. is seeking a Retail Account & Sales Operations Specialist to support retail account growth, sales operations, and day-to-day execution across grocery, natural, and specialty retail channels.

This mid-level role requires strong organization, proactive communication with buyers and distributors, and comfort working in a small founder-led environment. Base salary is $55,000–$65,000 with a performance bonus up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, grocery, natural products, CPG, food/beverage, merchandising, buying, brokerage, distribution, or sales operations.
• Comfortable communicating with buyers, vendors, distributors, brokers, and sales teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, email, shared documents, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support retail account management across grocery, natural, specialty, and chain store accounts.
• Assist with buyer communication, follow-up, and account coordination.
• Help prepare and organize sales materials, sell sheets, pricing sheets, product information, and new item forms.
• Coordinate with distributors, retailers, vendors, and sales representatives.
• Track account activity, deadlines, buyer requests, promotions, and follow-up items.
• Support new item setup, promotional submissions, category review preparation, and retailer paperwork.
• Assist with sample coordination and product information requests.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, account trackers, and sales operations documents.
• Help monitor retail activity, sales performance, movement reports, and distributor updates.
• Provide administrative and operational support for retail growth initiatives.
