Job summary

U.S. Bank's Elavon division seeks an energetic Retail Account Executive for Tempe or Tucson, AZ. This remote, field-based position requires spending most time meeting clients within the assigned territory, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities include developing profitable new business, expanding existing accounts, and building a referral network to drive sales growth while collaborating with clients and partners across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to travel.
• Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
• Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
• Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop profitable new business account relationships and increase profitability from existing accounts.
• Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Make sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of the benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.
• Also responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.
