Job summary

Accuserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a Production Specialist to deliver outstanding customer support throughout the restoration process. This remote role partners with policyholders, carriers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely communication and accurate documentation.

You will manage inquiries via calls and emails, schedule updates, and monitor progress of restoration files to homeowner satisfaction. Flex schedules including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flex schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and extended hours during high-volume or catastrophe events.
• Reliable home broadband with 25 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up; ethernet connection for remote work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer service expectations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop new business through calls and leads while assessing policyholder needs.
• Serve as liaison between contractors, carriers, policyholders, and internal teams.
• Provide customer support via inbound/outbound calls and emails, scheduling updates, issue resolution.
• Monitor and manage progress of files and restoration projects to homeowner satisfaction.
• Update customer records and documentation with accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
• Gain customer trust and maintain effective relationships.
• Flex schedule including evenings and weekends during high-volume events.
• Other duties as assigned.
