Job summary

Accuserve Solutions is seeking a Technical Review Specialist to advance in the property claims field. You will complete detailed invoice reviews, ensure work aligns with industry standards, and collaborate with adjusters and contractors to gather documentation.

Training in water mitigation, mold, and restoration will be provided to build expertise and career growth. After training, you will review contractor invoices, resolve deviations, and help reach approved settlements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of products, services, and operations to support reporting and inquiries.
• Experience in a call center (24/7/365) preferred.
• Ability to work overtime or flex schedules during high volume and CAT events.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed reviews of claims and compare against industry standards to identify deviations.
• Discuss and coordinate activities with adjusters and contractors to identify why work may have been completed outside standards.
• Work with contractors to obtain moisture readings, sketches, photos, and other documentation.
• Create estimates and sketches within Xactimate for claims settlement.
• Provide written summaries of reviews to support carrier submissions.
