Job summary

Accuserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a Remote Managed Repair Examiner to manage Direct Repair Network files with exceptional written and verbal communication to ensure outstanding customer service and operational objectives.

You will coordinate scheduling, inspections, estimates, and contractor work, build relationships with policyholders, clients, and vendors, and document progress clearly in our systems while upholding Accuserve's human-centric values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification and/or experience.
• Prior experience in insurance, construction, or customer service industries preferred.

Job Summary

A Managed Repair Examiner is responsible for management of Direct Repair Network files, using excellent written and verbal communication to ensure that clientele receive the highest level of customer service and company objectives are met.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Make inbound/outbound calls and respond to electronic information requests pertinent to file management


• Build and maintain relationships with policyholders, clients, and contractors through friendly and prompt handling of files


• Interpret and analyze policyholder inquiries regarding process and status of files


• Take ownership of any file inquiries or issues related to scheduling, inspections, estimate completion, and completion of contractor work


• Communicate a clear plan of action to resolve any policyholder, client, or contractor issues using specified company guidelines


• Document file status and ongoing progression within the direct repair network file handling systems using clear and effective language


• Review and upload any documentation received pertinent to specific policyholder files


• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification and/or experience


• Prior experience in the insurance, construction, or customer service industries is highly preferred

• Reliable high speed home broadband internet connection with minimum 25 meg download and 10 meg upload speeds and ability to connect to home internet via ethernet cord is required if working remotely is required
