Job summary
Vivant is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Technology Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot technology across multiple restaurant locations. You will support Toast POS, Olo online ordering, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365 while ensuring reliable network connectivity.
This role covers go-live support, incident resolution, and remote troubleshooting for a fast-paced operation. You will own tickets from report to resolution and document solutions to share with the team.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on restaurant technology support experience.
- Strong hands-on Toast POS administration experience: menus, modifiers, hardware, permissions.
- Experience with Olo, Restaurant365, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience supporting a restaurant opening, POS implementation, or go-live.
- Independent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot Toast POS systems and hardware.
- Support online ordering integrations and back-office workflows.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and security.
- Configure, test, and go-live for new restaurant locations.
