You’ll handle hardware/software issues, POS systems, networking, and M365 admin while collaborating with store teams to optimize operations and minimize downtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in on-site and remote IT support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software requests from restaurant and corporate employees — in person, by phone, by email, and through the ticketing system.
