Job summary

Rackson Restaurants is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to keep technology running across quick-service restaurant locations. You will split time between diagnosing tickets remotely and providing on-site support in restaurants, including new openings and testing.

You’ll understand how a lunch rush impacts operations and translate issues into technical fixes for the line, store teams, and management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, or equivalent education, providing on-site and remote computer support.
• Experience with point-of-sale software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Direct restaurant experience is strongly preferred, with multi-unit exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software requests from restaurant and corporate employees.
• Troubleshoot issues in person or remotely and guide users through steps
• Record problems and resolutions in the ticketing system and follow up on status.
