Job summary

Rackson Restaurants is seeking an IT Support Technician to keep our quick‑service restaurant technology running across locations. The role combines remote work diagnosing tickets with on‑site troubleshooting at stores, especially during openings and busy periods.

You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, network, and POS issues, triaging vendors as needed, and mentoring store personnel on proper operation of restaurant tech.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant on-site and remote IT support experience.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant tech.
• Knowledge of network basics and device management.
• Ability to read operations and prioritize fixes during rushes.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support across restaurant locations in person and remotely.
• Triaging hardware, software, network, and POS issues.
• Train store staff on new tech and document procedures.
• Assist with store openings and deployments with vendors.
• Maintain inventory and onboarding/offboarding of user accounts.
