Job summary

Qualifications

• A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages resource utilization, identifies needs for procedural or practice improvements, and recommends changes to enhance training effectiveness.
• Evaluates the impact of changing workload demands, staffing levels, and resource availability on training requirements and operational readiness.
• Coordinates both in-person and virtual training delivery through Adobe Connect and Microsoft Teams, including securing training space, instructors, equipment, course materials, and other required supplies.
• Prepares, monitors, and maintains the Functional Site Training Plan, ensuring management is informed of training needs identified through National Office work planning assumptions, mandatory training requirements, and other feedback sources.
