Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks.
• Maintain program and administrative reference materials and onboarding items with HCO.
• Analyze program operations to evaluate effectiveness and meet goals.
• Develop procedures and systems for assessing program and management effectiveness.
• Coordinate workforce planning and recruitment with managers and HCO.
• Coordinate hiring, position descriptions, and related paperwork from creation to selection.
• Develop and coordinate assessment templates for new positions.
• Establish cooperative relationships with managers to discuss workload and recruitment strategies.
• Prepare reports, talking points, and presentations for supervisor review.
