Qualifications

• Develop inputs for production cost models, RFP evaluations and CPCN filings.
• Prepare testimony and support witnesses for regulatory proceedings.
• Collaborate with state regulatory staff and other stakeholders.
• Communicate complex resource planning concepts to internal and external groups.
