Job summary

Puget Sound Energy seeks a Supervisor for Electric Resource Planning & Analysis to lead analyst development and oversee long-term resource planning for the Integrated System Plan. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional analysis, governance, and documentation to ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, engineering, finance, economics, or related field.
• Seven (7) years of relevant work experience, including five (5) years of experience in an energy related industry involving performance of complex analysis.
• Experience using relevant models.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyst development and coordinate execution of long-term resource planning analysis.
• Manage analysis work intake, prioritization, and resources.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and deliverables for ISP-related work.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and quality controls across analyses.
• Collaborate with leaders to align methodologies and organizational priorities.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance in all activities.
