Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or another related technical field.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in electric utility planning or power markets.
• Experience with complex quantitative or technical analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced degree preferred in engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Support development of Integrated Resource Plan and evaluate future resource needs.
• Develop generation and energy modeling for long-range forecasts and portfolio analysis.
• Provide analytical support for investments, contracts, and major decisions.
• Develop and improve analytical tools, models, and planning processes.
• Collaborate with power production, energy marketing, and finance groups across the company.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and coordination with leadership.
• Prepare results with technical writing and non-technical presentations.
