Job summary

EMSAR Inc. is seeking a Resource Planner Supervisor to lead a team of Resource Planners responsible for efficiently scheduling Field Service Engineers at customer sites based on client requirements and parts availability.

The role supports the Central Scheduling Team to deliver exceptional service to Philips Healthcare customers and the FSEs. The ideal candidate will provide daily supervision, conduct weekly reviews, navigate escalations, and drive multi-team coordination to meet contractual

Qualifications

• SLA/KPI understanding and performance metrics.
• Proficient in Salesforce/ServiceMax or equivalent.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based software.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision to a team of Resource Planners.
• Hold weekly progress meetings with each planner.
• Assist with customer and FSE escalations and document processes.
• Coordinate scheduling across multi-functional teams and client contacts.
• Enter client data into Salesforce/ServiceMax and dispatch work orders.
• Coordinate vendor and on-site team scheduling.
• Create reports and dashboards to track targets.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
