Responsibilities

• Plan resources for field service employees within Salesforce.
• Review Salesforce time entry and reallocate unassigned time to jobs.
• Update and adjust job schedules due to changes and emergencies.
• Schedule warranty, emergency, and productive jobs.
• Coordinate test equipment and materials for jobs.
• Ensure sites meet entry requirements including trainings and background checks.
• Communicate clearly with sales engineers, Sales, and customers.
• Process work orders and support backlog reviews.
