Job summary

Systechcorp Inc. is seeking a Resource Management Analyst to provide operational support for subcontractor onboarding, vendor management, procurement, and staffing reporting.

The role collaborates with Resource Managers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, with strong English communication and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support subcontractor onboarding and availability tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, supplier setup and required documentation.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of SPAs, SOWs, and POs.
• Support subcontractor record creation, email provisioning, contractor time entry reviews, and PO receipt processing.
• Maintain data integrity in resource management applications updating resource assignments, schedules, and skills.
• Generate and maintain operational reports related to consultant schedules, staffing requirements, nominations, and resource metrics.
• Collaborate with Resource Managers, Procurement, Finance, Consulting leadership, and external suppliers for timely processing.
• Support continuous improvement by maintaining accurate reporting and following best practices.
