Job summary

Marco Technologies is seeking a Resource Manager to design and own a real-time demand-to-capacity program, partnering with service leaders, coordinators, and managers. The role focuses on matching work orders to resources quickly, forecasting demand, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will oversee workforce scheduling, capacity planning, and reporting, building repeatable processes across CRM, resourcing, and PMO systems while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred; 5+ years of experience in resource/capacity planning, project management operations, or a related field required.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar resource/project management certification is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Marco’s real-time demand-to-capacity program across the organization.
• Match incoming projects and work orders to the right resource based on availability and skill set.
• Forecast upcoming demand by coordinating with sales, pre-sales, and PMO leadership.
• Monitor utilization in real time and set thresholds for over- and under-allocation.
• Publish capacity and utilization reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
