Job summary

RKL is seeking a Resource Manager to partner with service lines and engagement teams, translating demand and utilization goals into actionable staffing plans and forecasts. You will address capacity risks, improve processes, and drive data-driven staffing decisions.

The role requires developing dashboards, KPIs, and reports to guide leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and change management in a professional-services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, operations, finance, analytics, or related field.
• Seven+ years in resource management, workforce planning or related roles.
• Experience partnering with leaders to align capacity with utilization goals.
• Experience with ProStaff or similar resource-planning tools.
• Advanced Excel and data-visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to Service Line Leaders and engagement teams to align staffing with client demand and utilization goals.
• Translate service-line strategy into actionable staffing plans and forecasts, addressing capacity risks.
• Improve resource-management processes, data, reporting, and tools.
• Develop forecasts, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to inform leadership decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement and change-management initiatives for resource strategy and technology adoption.
