RKL LLP seeks a Resource Manager in the United States to partner with service-line leaders, aligning talent deployment, capacity, scheduling, and workforce analytics with client needs and utilization targets. You will translate strategy into staffing recommendations and address capacity risks to optimize resource use across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, operations, finance, analytics, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in resource management.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to align workforce capacity with priorities and utilization goals.
• Experience with workforce scheduling and ProStaff preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting/visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate service-line strategy into staffing recommendations.
• Address capacity risks and scheduling challenges.
• Improve resource-management processes, data, and reporting.
• Provide dashboards, KPIs, reports, and recommendations to improve utilization.
