Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Development Team in Hawaii.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across design, engineering, procurement, legal, IT and operations to ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery for new and renovated resorts. The role emphasizes managing scope, schedule, and budgets, reviewing RFIs and submittals, and preparing contracts for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2-5 years of comprehensive field/administrative/management or design/architect/engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Project Managers and project team members by assisting with managing, supervising, coordinating and monitoring the planning, design, construction and turnover of development projects.
• Review and upload project budget data and distribute to the project team.
• Generate RFIs, Submittals, and Pay Applications and Invoices for Manager Approvals.
• Prepare Project Management Agreements and Amendments for Resorts’ Board of Directors.”
• Assist with scope, schedule and budget development from inception to turnover.
